The service from the attentive and friendly staff on the ground floor was exceptional. The central location makes it convenient for moving around the city easily. The dining experience offers a good variety of food, though timely replenishment can be improved. Overall, a decent place to stay with some room for enhancement.

The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were some communication issues. The price seemed a bit high compared to other options in the area.
The hotel is conveniently located at the city center of Kochi, with shops, restaurants, and public transport easily accessible. While the rooms were a bit small for a family of 4 and lacked bathtub facilities with not the best view, the helpful and friendly staff, especially Mr Santosh at the dining, made my stay pleasant. The dining experience offered a good variety of dishes but wasn't at the level of premier hotels. Price-wise, it was economical compared to nearby five-star facilities.
